Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. You can purchase up to three cut samples for a small flat fee to see how the colors and textures look in your home's unique lighting.

How long will it take for my tiles to arrive?

Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days for in-stock items. If you have a specific deadline, please contact our team to discuss express shipping options.

What should I do if my tiles arrive damaged?

While we take great care in packaging, tiles are fragile. Please inspect your delivery immediately and report any damages within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can arrange replacements.

How many extra tiles should I order for wastage?

We generally recommend adding 10% to your total square footage to account for cutting, breakage, and future repairs. For complex patterns like Herringbone, 15% is advised.

Can your tiles be used with underfloor heating?

Most of our porcelain and ceramic tiles are perfectly compatible with underfloor heating systems. However, we recommend checking the specific product specifications for natural stone or cement tiles.
